Data deletion

Request removal of connected store or customer data.

Send a request through the contact form with the Shopify store domain and the customer email or order reference that should be removed. Do not include passwords, access tokens, or payment card details.

What happens next

  1. We verify the request belongs to the store or customer described.
  2. We remove matching order and fulfillment records, payment references, tracking events, and store connection data where the request applies.
  3. We keep only information required by law or needed to document the deletion request.

For public Shopify installations, the same process is also triggered by Shopify’s `customers/redact` and `shop/redact` webhooks.
